Q Is there a limit to the number of times I can update my listing?
A No, you can update you listing as little or as often as you like, all we ask it that your listing is kept up to date at all times.
Q What is the difference between a Regular listing and a Featured listing?
A Featured listings will always appear on the hompage and will appear above the Regular listings. All listings will initially appear on the hompage under the Newest Section, the amount of time they remain there is dependant on the rate at which future listings are added, over time your listing will be moved to it's relevent section i.e. Park Area, Number of Bedrooms, which as you will see from most other sites is the norm. There are only a limited number of Featured listings available. In regards to features there is absolutely no difference between the two.
Q If I need help with adding/updating my listing will there be a charge?
A No, I am more than happy to help at anytime, no charge.
Q Do you take bookings on behalf of owners.
A No, Flamingoland Rentals is a portal for owners to advertise their caravans, we are not a booking/letting agent.
Q What method of payment do you accept?
A Payments are taken via PayPal, where you can either pay via your existing PayPal account, or use your credit or debit card. If you prefer to pay via cheque please contact us for details.
Q Are you in anyway associated with Flamingoland Theme Park and Zoo?
A No, Flamingoland Rentals is a privately owned web site.
Q I provide a service that I believe will be of interest to other Flamingoland caravan owners, can I advertise it on your site?
A Whilst you cannot advertise it on your current page, we can create a page allowing you to advertise your service, please contact us for details and pricing.
Q I have more than one caravan can I add them all to a single listing?
A No, you need to pay per listing. We also do not permit any form of commercial advertising, i.e. taking bookings for caravans not advertised on Flamingoland Rentals. Anyone found doing so will be removed from the site immediately without refund.

Q Do you personally own or have any connection with any of the caravans advertised?
A No, I am simply the owner and designer of Flamingoland Rentals.
Q What is the quickest way to search for a caravan?
A The quickest and easiest way is to use the search function at the very top of the homepage, this allows you to select the park area and number of bedrooms and will show you all the caravans that match your criteria.
Q Do Flamingoland Rentals offer me any guarantees when bookings a caravan advertised on your site?
A When you make an enquiry or booking you do so directly with the caravan owner, Flamingoland Rentals plays no part at all in this, therefore we cannot and do not offer any guarantees. Also all owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings at all times. If you have reason to believe that a listing is inaccurate or misleading then of course contact us and we will look into it and if needed take the appropriate action.
Q Can I contact all/multiple owners in one go?
A No and there is a very good reason for this, it would make it extremely easy for spammers/spambots to bombard our members with huge amounts of spam. The form to email method makes it much more secure for our members.
