Flamingoland Rentals - Privacy Policy. When registering with Flamingoland Rentals you can do so with complete and utter confidence, knowing that we will never pass on or sell any of your personal details to any third party.
Any information collected on registration i.e. name and address, is purely for our records.
The only information displayed to visitors is the information you choose to display when adding your listing.
Your phone number will be displayed, however if you would prefer to omit this, please let us know.
Flamingoland Rentals - Terms And Conditions Of Listing With Us.
All payments are non refundable. We know that some owners have secured a booking within a matter of hours of listing with us, therefore no refunds will be given.
All listings will initially appear on our homepage, however to guarantee that your listing remains there, you can purchase a Featured listing, this is an additional £10.00 per caravan per year. There are only a certain number of Featured listings available, so it's first come first served. Featured listing will constantly rotate to give everyone a change of being in top postion.
Currently Featured listings are only set up for caravans for hire, to list your caravan for sale as a Featured listing, please contact us.
All owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and photos, and are required to keep the listing up to date at all times. We therefore ask that you recheck your listing at the beginning of the season, just to make sure it is current.
When adding photos, you are stating that you own copyright to theses photos.
Commercial advertising, taking bookings via Flamingoland Rentals, for caravans which are not listed with Flamingoland Rentals, is strictly prohibited. Should we discover this to be the case, your caravan will be removed from our site immediately, again without refund. If you have multiple caravans for hire, please select the relevant package or contact us for a custom package price. Each listing must contain details of a single caravan.
Whilst we do not prohibit owners from displaying their email address on their pages, we would much prefer it if you didn't, the contact us form is there for visitors to contact you. The reason we prefer owners not to add their email address is that visitors may not always inform you of where they saw your caravan, the contact form however is configured to state that the enquiry came from Flamingoland Rentals, so you know that the site is working for you. Where email addresses are added we reserve the right to add a subject line.
We also reserve the right to edit listings in order to achieve a more uniformed look throughout the site. We will also add the text " When calling please mention that you seen our caravan on Flamingoland Rentals, this MUST remain on your page at all times, as it is there to help you monitor where your enquiries are coming from. Of course not everyone will remember to mention it, but hopefully most will.
UPDATED - Please Read: When adding/updating your listing it may be tempting to use bright and varied colours and all caps etc, however please refrain from doing so, as it affects the appearance of the overall site and creates unnecessary work to make it uniform again. A uniform site is obviously more appealing to visitors. Also please keep your Listing Title short and to the point i.e Flamingoland Caravan - Caravan Number or Park Area - Caravan Number, please do not use this field to describe your caravan or enter availablity, additional information such as this should be entered in the Description field. Thank you for your co-operation.
All listings will be checked on a regular basis and any minor errors i.e. spelling will be corrected.
When your listing is due for renewal we will notify you via email, should you fail to respond or make payment within two weeks, we will have to assume that you do not wish to renew your listing and will therefore remove it.
Contacting any of the owners on our site (or ourselves) with the purpose of commercial advertising is strictly prohibited.
Flamingoland Rentals is a privately owned web site allowing owners to advertise their caravans for hire (or for sale), we do not personally own any of the caravans, therefore we will not be held responsible or liable for the accuracy of any listing. Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, at all times. Also we are not a booking agent, therefore we will not be held responsible or liable for any bookings made.
