Please Read Before Ringing/Emailing To Book.
The caravan has double glazed windows/door, 3 bedrooms all with warm air heating.
There is a shower room with basin and toilet and also a separate toilet with hand basin.
All bedding is provided and beds are made up ready for your arrival.
Outside is a large decked area with table & chairs, there is a flagged driveway to the side, to the rear of the caravan is a large grassed area.
I Only Accept Bookings For One Family With No More Than Two Adults Unless It Is Grandparents, And A Maximum Of 6 People.
Passes are extra and payable to Flamingoland on arrival.
A travel cot with bedding and a highchair are also available if required.
As this is a brand new caravan we do expect it to be looked after/kept clean.
No Pets
No Smoking
Full Week Bookings Only, Sat - Sat.
I ask for a £50 deposit to book and the balance 4 weeks before the holiday start date.
I also ask for a £50 cleaning/damage bond which will be returned once the caravan has been checked.
