Description:

Flamingoland luxury 35 ft x 12 ft extra wide caravan,

Off Peak offers
April / May £270 for a 7 night break.

Our caravan is ideally situated on Beech Grove only a 5 min walk to the theme park, It Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms (one double & two twin) where one of the single beds can be folded down to make room for a travel cot if necessary.

The spacious lounge is equipped with a TV freeview receiver and a DVD player. There is also a PS2 with a selection of games, board games, childrens books and a variety of DVD's.

The lounge is fitted with a gas fire, there is also an electric fan heater for families with small children who do not wish to use the gas fire.

The modern fully fitted kitchen is complete with a gas hob & oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. All cutlery, crockery, pots & pans a vacuum cleaner is also provided.

For your convenience there is also an iron, iron board and hairdryer.

For additional comfort the bedrooms are fitted with plinth heaters.

For your safety a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and smoke alarm are fitted as standard.

This caravan is also fitted with a walk in shower room and separate toilet.

Unlimited access wristbands must be purchased from Flamingoland on arrival. The cost of these is not included in the price.

Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed lined will also be provided. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.

Gas and electricity are included in the price.

Saturday to Saturday bookings only.

Please note: We only accept families no single parties. :
I only accept bookings for One family with no more than Two adults unless grandparents and a maximum 0f 6 people.
