This luxury Willerby Sierra holiday home sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms (1 double & 2 twin) with Double Glazing and all bedrooms are heated via Warm Air Plinth Heaters.
Outside is a large wrap around decking area, complete with table & chairs and large bench, overlooking a large open grassed area to the front of the caravan with a children's play area, so you can sit on the decking while watching your children playing.
There is a shower room with WC and wash basin and heated towel rail/panel.
There is also a separate WC with wash hand basin.
The lounge is fully equipped with a 32" large flat screen TV, DVD player, Xbox, DVD's, gas fire and dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with full size integrated fridge freezer, integrated microwave, kettle, toaster, full size gas cooker with oven, hob & grill, pots, pans, cutlery.
Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board supplied.
Gas & electricity are included in the price.
along with clean fresh bedding, all beds are made up for your arrival,
This caravan is personally cleaned and checked by us the owners.
Passes are extra to the price of the caravan and are purchased off Flamingoland Arrivals Lodge on day of arrival, children under 3 years are free.
This is a No Pet, None Smoking caravan.
We require a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before holiday, we also accept payment instalments. An extra £100 refundable bond is also needed but will be fully refunded if no damages.
