This luxury 2005 35ft x 12ft Extra wide caravan is situated on Woodlands. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms (one double & two twin) where one of the single beds can be folded down to make room for a travel cot if necessary. The spacious lounge is equipped with a 22" LCD TV, DVD player and Freeview. For additional comfort the bedrooms have plinth heaters. The modern fully fitted kitchen comprises of a full size oven & hob, fridge with freezer box, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and all cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils. There is a full size walk in shower and a separate toilet. A fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and fire blanket are provided for your safety. Duvets, pillows and bed linen are all provided. Please provide your own towels and tea towels. Parking is on a drive at the right hand front side of the caravan. The caravan is equipped to a high standard and has the advantage of a 34ft x 10ft decked veranda to the side with 15ft x 6ft extension to the front with furniture & gate. On arrival at Flamingoland unlimited access wristbands must be purchased. The cost of these is not included in the price of the caravan hire.
