Caravan Number/Description:
This luxury 35ft x 12ft EXTRA wide caravan, complete with a veranda and patio furniture, is ideally situated on Beech Grove. Sleeps 6 in a 3 bedrooms (one double & two twin) where one of the single beds can be folded down to make room for a travel cot if necessary. The spacious lounge is equipped with a 23” LCD TV with built in freeview and a DVD player. There is also a PS2 with games, board games, some children’s books and a variety of DVD’s. The lounge is fitted with a gas fire there is also a large electric fan heater for families with small children who do not wish to use the gas fire. The modern fully fitted kitchen is complete with a gas oven & hob, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, kettle. All cutlery, crockery, pots & pans a vacuum cleaner is also provided. For your convenience there is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. For additional comfort the bedrooms are fitted with plinth heaters. For your safety a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and smoke alarm are fitted as standard. This caravan is also fitted with a walk in shower room and separate toilet. Unlimited access wristbands must be purchased from Flamingoland on arrival. The cost of these are not included in price of the caravan. Duvets and pillows are provide. For a 7 day booking bed linen will also be provided. Weekend bookings you will have to provide your own bed linen or I can arrange for a charge of £25. Please bring your own towels and tea towels. Gas and electricity are included in the price. Short breaks available.
