This luxury Willerby Westmorland 35 ft x 12 ft, extra wide caravan has everything you need for a fantastic holiday. It is ideally situated on b136 beech grove only a couple of minutes walk to the theme park and club facilities. There is also swimming pool, sauna, gym, golf course, fishing lake and children’s play area. Also just a few minutes walk is a mini supermarket open seven days a week and several takeaways and restaurants on site. This caravan sleeps six in one double and two twin rooms all with blown air heating. Quilts and pillows are provided, guest need to bring there own bed linen or can hire it direct from Flamingoland at a small charge with a returnable deposit. You will also require towels and tea towels. This caravan is also fitted with a walk in shower, basin and towel warmer and a separate wc and basin. This modern fully fitted kitchen is complete with full size oven with extractor fan, fridge with small ice box, microwave, George Foreman grill, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, electric steamer, sandwich maker and all kitchen equipment that you may need for your stay. Also included is a iron and ironing board. Opposite the kitchen is a separate dining area. A spacious modern lounge with gas fire, coffee table, lcd TV with freeview and DVD player and a radio cd player also a compendium of family games is provided. For your safety a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are fitted. Externally there is full size decking with wheelchair accessible ramp, garden furniture and patio heater. There is also off road parking. Gas and electric are included in the price. This is a non smoking caravan and strictly no pets allowed.
