Electric shower with toilet and washbasin and separate toilet and washbasin. Large seating area at the front of the caravan with a dining table facing the kitchen area. Caravan includes pans, kettle, sandwich toaster, utensils, children's utensils, fridge, cooker, microwave, TV, DVD. A selection of toddler toys. Outside Decking accessable from the front door that is fully enclosed for your comfort. Smoke Alarm, Electrical equipment is Pat Tested. Parking Area for 1 car. Bedding, towels, tea towels and d ish clothes NOT INCLUDED. NO Pets, No Smoking No Groups, £50 bond which is refundable on inspection of caravan. This is for the hire of the CARAVAN ONLY all passes MUST be purchased from Flamingo Land on Arrival. This is a 2007 caravan that has prime location within a 2 minute walk from the shop and only a 5 minute walk to the bar fish shop ,chinese and Flamingo Land park. There is a large grassed area with playground across way. Swimming Pool and gym is a short walk away. There is a launderette next to the shop.
