It is 35 ft x 12 ft wide and sleeps up to 6 people in one double, 2 twin bedrooms.
Ideally located on Willow Grove only 5 minutes walk from the Theme Park, evening entertainment complex and supermarket.
The Caravan Features:
Large living area with a 26" TV, Freeview and DVD player.
Fully equipped kitchen and a seated dining area.
Full size shower cubicle with a power shower in the bathroom. And a separate toilet.
One double and two twin bedrooms all with heating.
Outside there is a large decked area 16 ft x 7 ft complete with a patio table, chairs and a bbq.
No single sex or youth bookings (under 25's).
Only one family per booking, with no more than 4 adults in the party.
There is a keysafe at the caravan, so no messing around picking up keys.
I personally clean and check the caravan in between each letting.
£50 bond required and will only be returned if there is no damage to the caravan.
Unlimited access wristbands must be purchased on arrival at Flamingo Land, the cost of these is not included in the price of the caravan.
£100 secures your chosen dates.
Balance and £50 bond due 6 weeks before your holiday dates.
