The lounge is spacious and comfortable for all the family with a contemporary gas fire. It also has a 32" TV, DVD and Freeview.

The caravan comprises of three spacious, modern, bedrooms with wardrobe storage in all.

Shower room has full sized shower unit , full sized wash basin and toilet. There is also separate WC.

Duvets, pillows and all bed linen is provided. Guests will need to bring their own towel.

The caravan is cleaned to a very high standard.

Please note this is strictly a non smoking caravan.

Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are installed for your safety.

£50 deposit/bond is required by cheque when booking. Full holiday balance is required before arrival date.

Flamingland access passes are extra charged by Flamingland on arrival. Prices can be given on booking.
