It is 35 ft x 12 ft wide and sleeps up to 6 people in one double and two twin rooms
Ideally located only 5 minutes walk from the theme park, evening entertainment complex, swimming pool and supermarket
The caravan features:
Large living area with 26 INS LCD TV, Free-View and DVD player.
Fully equipped kitchen with seated dining area.
Power shower with heated towel rail and a separate toilet.
Heating in all bedrooms.
Pillows and duvets provided for all stays.
For full week bookings your linen is provided with beds made up on arrival.
From the 1st April there will be a decked veranda with a patio table, chairs and a BBQ . Space to park your car at the side of the caravan.
Full weeks only in peak season (19-6 4-9)
There is a keypad, so no messing around picking up keys.
I personally clean and check the caravan in between each letting.
Unlimited access wristbands must be purchased on arrival at Flamingo Land, the cost of these are not included in the price of the caravan
£50 secures your chosen dates,
Balance and £50 bond due 4 weeks before your holiday dates.
The £50 bond is returned when caravan is checked and no damage found.
