For the experts, it's a 35'X 12' Atlas Florida, with one double and two twin bedrooms, shower room and two toilets.

It has an open-plan lounge/dining table/kitchen with all the usual Seagulls entertainment systems:

* DVD player and discs

* PS2 console and games

 The kitchen has

* oven

* microwave

* fridge/freezer

* toaster

* tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper etc

* washing-up liquid, cleaning items

 We also supply

* hair-dryer

* iron and ironing board

* quilts and pillows

We do not supply linen.

There's an on-site facility where linen can be hired for £5 per double, £3 per single plus deposit.

Please don't forget towels and tea towels, but we do supply tea, coffee, washing-up liquid, salt, pepper etc to make life a bit easier for you.

Ouside is a pinic bench and barbeque for those (hopefully) warm evenings.

The Flamingoland holiday village has on-site swimming pool and Spa, Gym, 9 hole golf course, 9 acre fishing lake, cycle trails, childrens play area, several restaurants and take-aways, entertainment by acts such as The Drifters, Showaddywaddy, Same Difference etc, launderette, supermarket etc.

You must purchase a pass for the Theme Park when you arrive, which gives unlimited access for two weeks - prices for 2009 were £88/£103 per person low/high season, £147/£162 for a family of four.

With white knuckle rides and childrens roundabouts, a zoo, farm and lots more, there's plenty to keep you busy all week. Alternatively it's only around 30 miles to the seaside resorts of Whitby, Scarborough and Filey. Eden camp is five minutes away, as is the fabulous scenery of the North Yorkshire Moors, whilst shopping in York is not to be missed.

We ask a £50 deposit plus £50 returnable bond, and the balance is due 4 weeks before your stay.
