The caravan comprises of three spacious, modern, bedrooms with wardrobe storage in all.

Shower room has full sized shower unit , full sized wash basin and toilet.

There is also seperate WC.

Duvets, Pillows, and all bed linen is provided

Guests will need to bring their own towels and tea towels.

Please note this is strictly a non smoking caravan.

Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are installed for your safety.

£50 deposit/bond is required by cheque when booking. Full holiday balance is required one month before arrival date.

Flamingland access passes are extra charged by Flamingland on arrival. Prices can be given on booking.

You will still make great savings on a private hire caravan.
