Our luxury 35 ft x 12 ft EXTRA wide caravan is located on Woodlands, 2 Mins walk to the leisure centre and 5 mins to the Theme park.
Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms (one double & two twin) where one of the single beds can be folded down to make room for a travel cot if necessary.
The spacious lounge is equipped with a 22" TV with built in DVD player & Freeview. Heating is by a gas fire.
For additional comfort the bedrooms have plinth heaters and there is a heated towel rail in the shower room.
The modern fully fitted kitchen comprises of a full size oven & hob, fridge with freezer box, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and all cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
There is a full size walk in shower and a separate toilet.
A fire extinguisher, smoke alarm co2 and fire blanket are provided for your safety.
Duvets, pillows and bed linen are all provided.
Please provide your own towels and tea towels.
Parking is on a drive at the side of the caravan. The caravan is equipped to a high standard and has the added advantage of a large 34ft x 9ft decked veranda with a 15ft x 6ft front veranda extension and a safety gate with bolt.
Patio Furniture Unlimited access wristbands must be purchased on arrival at Flamingoland. The cost of these is not included in the price of the caravan hire.
