Sleeps 6 in three bedrooms {one double + two single}.
The bedrooms are fitted with ample storage and there are fitted electric heaters to keep you warm in the colder months.
The lounge is equipped with 32 inch Television DVD/Freeview and a gas fire, with all new carpets and upholstery for your added comfort.
The modern fitted kitchen/diner comprises of a full sized oven and gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, vaccum cleaner, all cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.
Large full sized walk-in shower with heated towel rail.
Separate W/C
Duvets, pillows and washed and pressed bed linen are all provided.
Guests are asked to supply their own towels and tea towels
Fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector are fitted for your safety.
Ample parking outside the caravan.
The caravan is cleaned to a very high standard and customer feed back is fantastic!!!
Bookings being taken for 2010.
£50 deposit/bond secures dates, payable by cheque or postal order.
Invoice for balance sent out one month before arrival date.
Flamingland access passes are extra payable to Flamingland on arrival. Prices can be given on booking.
You will still make great savings on a private hire caravan.
